Why: Customer with 120 vehicles and field based engineers the customer wanted to get better utilisation cut down on personal mileage and operate on a closed vehicle to call out basis
Requirement: The Customer wanted to work on a nearest vehicle to call out basis and wanted to verify location in comparision where the engineer stated he was ,the Customers mileage claims were very resource intense so needed an automated report to define from business and unauthorised mileage claim.
Solution: Fleetrac installed the FT 43 into all the vehicles all around the UK so that they could be managed from the customers operations desk in Shrewsbury the full roll out was finished in 4 weeks from start to finish including Training of the operations advisers and Fleet Management Staff was also completed in this period.
